"Malia came highly recommended to us by a co-worker. From our first contact with her we knew she was the agent for us. I would consider us difficult clients because we were moving to the Seattle area from out of state and really didn't know what neighborhood we wanted to live in. On top of that we  are very picky and we were in a time crunch because our previous home was closing in a few short weeks. When we chose a home she was very professional at handling the negotiations and deadlines. She really helped out the sellers agent, who seemed a bit inexperienced, to get the deal done within our time constraints.

Now that we've moved in we've reached out to her for recommendations for various contractors. She responds quickly with the go to companies.

In summary, you have a lot of choices when it comes to real estate agents but I can tell you won't regret working with Malia.
